One-off build prices. 50% to start, 50% on handover. No VAT added. Domain and hosting costs are separate, or included with website care. The design stage includes as much iteration as it takes to get the direction right, and you can stop at any point, paying only for work done.

Before you decide

What is included in the price?
Design, page copy, mobile layouts, search setup, an enquiry form, testing and launch. Your quote sets out the exact pages and features. Domain and hosting costs are separate unless you choose the care plan.
How long does a website take?
Around one week for a redesign or a one-page site, three weeks or under for a business website, and from three weeks for a custom build. We agree your schedule before starting; timing depends on receiving your content and feedback.
Will I own my website?
Yes. You own the site and code, with the domain and hosting account in your name. The care plan is optional, and you can move the site to another provider.
How does payment work?
50% before work starts and 50% on handover. We agree a fixed price in writing. No VAT is added. Anything outside the agreed scope is quoted before it is done.
Can you improve my existing site?
Yes. A website audit costs £450 and gives you a prioritised list of fixes. Any changes are quoted separately, so you can decide what is worth doing.
Can I make changes after launch?
Send updates to me for a quote, or use the optional £95/month care plan, which includes one hour of changes. Standard packages do not include a browser-based editor; tell me if you need one.
